Great idea but cardboard parts assembly is a joke

Great idea for a toy, but the assembly—especially the cardboard parts—is a complete joke. While putting it together, the cardboard elements (almost all of them) started delaminating. The build quality is 1/5. For this price, the quality is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Bridge or Bust - The Ultimate Bridge-Building Adventure

This is absolutely fantastic. My 8 year old and my 52 year old absolutely love it!

At first glance seems pricey but on receiving I can appreciate the design that went into it. The individual pieces are well designed and lock together easily requiring no force at all. Part of the fun I found was constructing the parts before use and once this preliminary work was carried out I found the process of constructing the structures of the bridges highly addictive with some of the included puzzles devilishly difficult. A lot of fine tuning is sometimes required with the pieces to achieve the correct results and this is easy to do by hand screws. Considering the fragile look of the pieces I found them to be considerably resilient and up to the stresses of the inevitable collapse of your bridge. Nicely presented with each part fitting nicely in its own space within the box. Comes with a lovely comic-style puzzle book with a story for younger builders and information on bridge structures to enjoy. Suitable for most ages although it does contain small parts and can be fiddly.

Great puzzle/game for kids very original.

The first time you assemble it takes a bit of time. The cardboard platforms are slightly fragile, so you need to attach the feet carefully to avoid damaging them.

A feat of engineering

Upper story knocks it out of the park again with Bridge or Bust. This is an amazing physical recreation of PC classics like Pontifex or the more recent Poly Bridge series. I can only imagine the amount of engineering that went into designing each piece of this game. I'm looking forward to working through the challenges, exploring different designs with my children.

This is a great game! Worth the $$

Making The Kids Think

It a lot of fun for the kid to learn how to build.

Fun and challenging

We play this with my 10 and 5 year old daughters. We have made about 10 bridges till now. The game has a fantastic design and the parts have awesome mechanics.
The story in the comic book, alas we have not read it all, is so far lacking female participation. also my daughters do not find it, till now, very interesting. But as said, they enjoy building (the older one) and making absurd endurance tests (the younger) :D

Excellent jeu, qualité des pièces à ameliorer

Le jeu est éducatif et à passionné mon fils, mais dès le second puzzle la voiture à cessé de fonctionner.

J'ai du démonter la voiture et ré-tendre le ressort en entier, mais la voiture semble manquer de puissance pour monter certaines pentes à présent.

Ce défaut est visiblement connu et rencontré par plusieurs autres clients.

Ce long moment d'entretien a terni l'anniversaire de mon fils (surtout pour moi, qui ai passé une heure à réparer un produit neuf).

De plus, les pièces d'attache noires sont fragiles, et deux se sont déjà cassées, même en étant assez précautionneux.

J'avais acheté les yeux fermés suite à la qualité excellente des deux jeux précédents, mais celui-ci me semble en-dessous en termes de contrôle qualité.

Le jeu est cependant très bon, et mon fils passe un excellent moment avec.

Wonderful activity. My 15 year old nephew loves it and lost track of time doing it because it was so enjoyable.
