Oops. The FedEx driver was polite and helpful. These are Christmas presents so we won’t know until then about the actual product.

Easy replacement parts

Replacing a broken part was affordable and quick.

un bon produit pour mon petit fils

Electricity made tangible

We love Spintronics! It provides us with a grasp of how electricity works by using a mechanical model. The tasks are challenging and some took cooperation to work out, which was fun. I will use it again myself to get a better grasp of the fundamentals, so, it's not a one-use product.

Incredible service!

Highly recommend their customer service! Also the toys

Great game!

I've been playing this game since it arrived and I LOVE it, it has such an amazing attention to detail

Hard to put away

Bought this as a gift for my 10yr old son. Once he understood the basics with a little guidance (he was confused at first, what this is all about) he puzzled through the first half of the book in one session. I was impressed by the build quality and thoughtful parts and descriptions, even the box is awesome, everything can easily put away after playing. Justified price tag, Act two box is already scheduled for the next gift opportunity

Don't even need to open it

I will be giving this, as a gift, to my nephew when he turns 8! He's 3 now. I'm sure we will have hours of fun together. The presentation of this item is so good, I can't help but trust it will be excellent and is timeless! Thank you.

Spintronic Battery (6 V)

Amazing customer service

We had an issue with the battery part that came with a Spintronics set and the customer service team was very quick to remedy the issue and sent us a replacement part ASAP. Very impressed with the customer service and the overall quality of the product.

Remplazo

Upper Story lives up to their promise

Our school had bought quite a few kits and some of the resistors weren't up to what we had expected for student use. Upper Story replaced them without question within a short time. I was very impressed and the students enjoy their projects.
